The life of Olivier Caillouette
Biography
Olivier Caillouette and Hermine were the parents of Hervey Caillouette, who married Melina Caisse at St Mary, Illinois, on April 2, 1893. Hervey named both parents in his marriage return.
Gilles Cayouette's account places Olivier's birth and baptism at Cacouna on February 15, 1834, and his marriage to Hermine at Beaverville on August 22, 1859. The same account records his death at Kankakee State Hospital on April 2, 1910, followed by burial at Beaverville on April 4. Hermine's death certificate identifies her as Oliver's widow in 1930.
