Biography
The compiled archival pedigree describes Antoine Hecquet as an Abbeville merchant, probably a master merchant rope-maker following his father. He married Marie de Monchaux in 1606.
The children appear in several Hecquet branches, including the direct family line and the collateral branch that later included physician Philippe Hecquet.
