Biography
Samuel Noyes served in Abington’s early government. In1726 he joined the committee responding to the Drinkwater district’s proposed separation, and he and Mathew Pratt were chosen to carry the town’s answer to court. They were appointed agents again in1727. The separation proceeded with Hanover’s incorporation that year.
