Ebenezer Tiffany

Rhode Island historical material places Ebenezer Tiffany in several Revolutionary militia call-ups, including guard duty at Barrington and service on Rhode Island. He later represented Barrington in the General Assembly and served for many years as president of the United Congregational Society.

Family tradition called a Tiffany “Captain.” That rank has not been established for this Ebenezer.
