53. Kaye Joyce (20th–21st century)
A 2023 retrospective quoting Kate Ceberano identifies Kaye and her sister Cherie as water-ballet performers who took part in the Adelaide Festival Centre’s opening celebrations on the River Torrens. This independent public statement is valuable because it directly corroborates the Kaye–Cherie sister relationship that the genealogy had previously treated as a strong working connection. It also restores Kaye’s own artistic activity to the family story rather than treating her only as a link between generations.
Evidence status. Direct family relationship confirmed; sister relationship with Cherie now publicly corroborated.
