Sarah appears in the family genealogy as wife of John Wicks (1763–1836). Through her, Madison’s Wicks branch connects to older Bartlett and Chidsey families of colonial New England. Her own public biography has not yet been reconstructed beyond family/vital data, so this entry is intentionally restrained.
